Photographing in the Bywater

It's really a remarkable day here today, its warm, even at 8am, and humid enough to notice thats its a little humid, and the air is filled with the smells of flowers and yards. It actually reminds me a little of photographing early in the morning in Florence in the summer. Everyone is headed to work or starting their day off with coffee on the front porch, its porch sitting season here in the south. The light is intense with just a little difusion from the morning haze, you can tell its going to be hot later today.

The photographing in the Bywater is a little more focused now, printing out work to show my gallery and thinking about the presentation later this afternoon always sharpens my eye and furthers the "process toward concept" working method for me.

Done with my morning coffee and an egg sandwich (and some time with the morning paper) at the local coffee shop and I think I have another 45 min to an hour of the morning light.
